Jeremy is the owner of JKS Home Improvement, which is a third generation business, previously run by his grandfather, then his father, and now him. However, Jeremy has brought the business to a whole new level when he took it over in 1999 and made it an official LLC.

JKS through Jeremy and his team continues to stay up to date with the industry and the latest and greatest in Home Improvement techniques and technology through attendance at Southern Tier Home Builder and Remodelers Association shows, the BU event center, and local Broome County events.  Next up on Jeremy and his team’s schedule is the upcoming International Roofing Expo (IRE) in Nashville, TN.  One of the many conferences he and his team attends yearly as a premier cutting edge roofing company.

When Jeremy hung his shingle with JKS, he realized they would need to legitimize the business with impressive credentials and qualifications. First off, JKS Home Improvement is Platinum certified through Owens Corning since June 2011. They are a member of the Better Business Bureau. But, most importantly, with quality as their number one priority, they have been voted the number one general contractor for three years in a row.
